Final Fantasy XVI launches on Xbox Series X/S.
Final Fantasy XVI is now available digitally on Xbox Series X|S, marking the first time the mainline numbered entry can be played on Xbox console hardware. The release was announced during the Xbox Games Showcase and arrives alongside an Xbox PC version with Xbox Play Anywhere support.
Players can choose between the standalone base game and the Final Fantasy XVI Complete Edition, which includes both post launch story DLC chapters. Square Enix also confirmed a free demo for Xbox Series X|S, with save data that carries over to the full game.
