Common redemption errors and fixes

• “Invalid code” error — codes are case-sensitive and contain no spaces. Common typo sources: 0 (zero) vs O, 1 (one) vs I or l, 5 (five) vs S. Copy-paste from email; manual typing is the most common failure source.
