Data Controller and Related Person Information
These data were created in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and MrCoda Company is the data controller when processing personal data about you, determining the purposes of data processing and establishing and operating data processing systems.
Natural persons whose personal data are processed by MrCoda Company are considered legally relevant persons.

In accordance with the obligation to inform regulated in Article 10 of the Law, data controllers are obliged to inform the real persons whose personal data they process about data processing-related issues.

This text is intended to inform you as a data subject and contains the rights and obligations of a data subject (data subject) and a data controller.

A-PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

MrCoda Company may process your personal data within the following scope:

1- To ensure safe shopping, to identify rights holders, to fulfill our legal obligations under the law,

2- Recommending service products and projects offered by MrCoda Company that suit the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant person and providing information about the products, services and projects,

3- To provide services and offers, to carry out marketing and advertising campaigns, to determine visitor profiles, to respond and resolve requests, requests and complaints, to provide support services to customers and visitors within the scope and framework of the contract. It includes service standards, market activity studies and statistical studies, and monitoring of invoicing, finance and accounting transactions.

B-CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Without prejudice to the exceptions stipulated by law, personal data will only be processed with the explicit consent of the data owner. Personal data may be processed even without the explicit consent of the data owner, if the following conditions listed in the law are met. Situations where personal data may be processed without consent;

1- It is necessary to protect the life or physical integrity of persons or other persons whose consent is not actually impossible or whose consent is not legally valid,

2- If it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract.

3- Compliance of the data controller with its legal obligations,

4- The data has been made public by the owner himself,

5- Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of rights,

6- It is mandatory to process data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data owner.

C-COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE LEGAL REASON

Legal bases for the purpose of processing personal data: Using it for various products and services within the scope of our company’s legally binding obligations, recording the necessary information to identify the person subject to the transaction, such as identity, address, etc.; Compliance with all records and documents underlying the transaction, laws, information retention, reporting and information obligations imposed by official authorities, provision of requested products and services and fulfillment of contractual requirements.

D-SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

MrCoda Company may share various information and records of its members with official institutions within the framework of this Agreement and the Personal Information Protection and Processing Policy, and may record, control and back up various information and records of its members. Data, Special Personal Data Policy, Information Text and Cookie Policy. It can be stored and processed by other means. Personal information will not be shared with third parties other than the persons and institutions specified in the user agreement.

E-STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be stored for as long as necessary for the processing purposes. If there is no other justification or legal reason, there is no international law or regulation, and contractual obligations are eliminated, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized for this purpose.

F-RELATED PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

You can exercise your following rights regarding the processing of your personal data by making a request to MrCoda Company. In this case, the requests submitted are completed by MrCoda Company free of charge within thirty days at the latest.

In this case, as the personal data owner;

1- Knowing whether personal data is processed or not,

2- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

3- Knowing the purposes of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

4- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home and abroad,

5- Requesting correction of personal data if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,

6- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data,

7- In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, requesting that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,

8- In case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data, you have the right to request compensation for the damage.

In this context, we will accept written applications on this subject after identity verification and will respond to the relevant parties in writing within the legal period.
